We are a community-oriented company, and love the region in which serve. Our team is the backbone of all we do. We’re also proud of our accomplishments in restoring the safety and peace of our clients' properties.

Encompass Environmental is an environmental cleaning company: we perform asbestos abatement, mold remediation, hoarding cleanup, lead paint removal, and bio-hazard cleanup. Our purpose is to restore the safety and integrity of a residence or business. We are professionally certified and insured, and all our employees are background checked.

Who We're Looking For

We expect all our employees to be reliable, respectful, punctual, and after training, capable. We also expect you to be open-minded and coachable. We do not require any prior experience, and we do pay for all initial classes and certifications.

Our Hiring Process

First, complete and submit your initial application and we will contact you to arrange an interview.

If you’re a fit for us, but have no prior experience, you will then be scheduled for a certification class. The certification class is a 40-hour course located in Denver, CO. If needed, we will cover your lodging.

Complete and submit employment paperwork.

Upon completion and passing of the course, you are now officially ready to begin your career with us. Before your first day, you will be issued company-branded uniforms and equipment.
